Dr. Sinh Ta
Dr. Sinh Ta graduated from the University of California, San Diego and went on to complete her education at Columbia University obtaining certificates in both Advanced Education in General Dentistry and Orthodontics. In 2001, she opened an office on the Upper East Side where she has been caring for her patients ever since. In 2012, Dr. Ta opened the doors to the Tribeca office after becoming aware of a need in the area. She strives to work with you in any way possible to achieve your perfect smile. When not working on the Upper East Side or Tribeca, Dr. Ta likes to spend time on the beach with her husband and two daughters. She looks forward to helping you achieve all of your dental goals.

Dr. Ela Jamiolkowski
Pediatric Dentist Tribeca
Dr. Ela Jamiolkowski is a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist. She graduated from Villanova University and went on to complete her education at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. She completed a General Practice Residency at the Mount Sinai Medical Center in NYC. Following a year of private practice where Dr. Ela was only treating pediatric patients, she decided to return to Mount Sinai for a two-year program to become specialized in pediatric dentistry. During this time, she served as chief resident and helped develop an oral health program for local elementary schools. She received extensive training in behavior management, use of laughing gas, sedation dentistry, and treatment of patients with special needs.
Dr. Ela was also chosen for a fellowship through the Columbia University College of Dental Medicine and received her MPH in August 2015 as well. She serves as a part-time attending at Mount Sinai Hospital where she works with the pediatric dental residents. She is a member of the American Dental Association and American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. In her spare time, she serves on the junior board of the Inner City Scholarship Fund, enjoys traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Dr. Tommy Lee
Pediatric Dentist Tribeca & Upper East Side
Dr. Tommy Lee is a dentist who specializes in treating pediatric populations, including those with special health needs. He completed his pediatric dental specialty training at Yale School of Medicine and Yale-New Haven Hospital. Before his specialty training at Yale, he completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (A.E.G.D.) Residency at New York-Presbyterian / Columbia University Medical Center. He earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) degree at Boston University School of Dental Medicine and graduated magna cum laude.
Dr. Tommy is a passionate advocate for families and for good oral health. He has dedicated his life and career to becoming a pediatric dentist in order to help children gain confidence in their smile as well as assuredness in themselves. Dr. Tommy lights up every room he walks into with his welcoming smile and immediately puts his patients at ease. Even the most nervous child will leave with a healthier smile under Dr. Tommy’s care. Throughout his tenure at Yale, he has received the highest ratings and comments in patient satisfaction. He brings a wealth of knowledge and life experience to every patient he encounters.

Dr. Danya Mermelstein
Dr. Danya Mermelstein is a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist and a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Mermelstein grew up in New Rochelle, New York and received her B.A. from Yeshiva University and her DMD from Rutgers University School of Dental Medicine. She continued her dental training during a year of Advanced General Dentistry training at Lutheran Medical Center in New York City. Dr. Mermelstein then decided to specialize in Pediatric Dentistry and completed her pediatric specialty residency at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston. She worked in a pediatric dental practice in Brookline, Massachusetts for several years and is excited to join the Tribeca North Dentistry team. Dr. Mermelstein loves the challenge of treating children’s dental needs while nurturing bonds of trust, confidence, and friendship with them. In her free time, Dr. Mermelstein designs and creates jewelry and enjoys traveling and running.
